An inflection hehaviour was revealed during isothermal annealing under the observation of transition of the coercivity of Fe-Si-B amorphous alloys during local crystallization.It may be interpreted by the transition of α-Fe grain precipitated from single to multiple domain, Thus,the theoretical expression of H_0-t_a may be derived.The plot of expression H_0-t_a calcu- lated well represents the feature of the experimental curve.

铁基非晶合金局部晶化过程中的矫顽力拐折现象

本文研究了铁基非晶合金在局部晶化过程中矫顽力的变化,观察到等温退火时矫顽力的拐折现象,并用析出相粒子由单畴转变为多畴加以说明.计算得到的理论曲线与实验曲线的特征相符.

硼对铁基非晶材料抗H_2S腐蚀性能的影响

以硼代替部分碳可以大大改善铁基非晶的耐蚀性,尤其是在饱和H_2S的酸性介质中其耐蚀性有显著提高,借助XPS分析发现硼在非晶表面富集形成B_(10)H_(14)化合物,抑制了氢向基体内部的扩散,降低铁基非晶材料的氢致破坏敏感性。
